Rodrigo Fernández, born in Badajoz in 1991, is a guitarist and composer who blends a solid classical background with the world of flamenco.
After earning his diploma in classical guitar at the Conservatory of his hometown, he has collaborated with internationally and nationally renowned flamenco artists, such as María Toledo, Juan Valderrama, Carlos Núñez, and Juan Ramírez.
He is a regular presence on major stages where high-quality flamenco is performed, including the Biennale of Seville, the Womad Festival, Casa Patas (Madrid), the Sala Galileo Galilei (Madrid), Veranos de la Villa (Madrid), the Centro Andaluz de Documentación del Flamenco in Jerez de la Frontera, the Roman Theatre of Mérida, and the Festival de Flamenco y Fado de Badajoz.
Currently, he carries out his artistic activity as a composer, producer, and guitarist at his Sonanta Studio in Cáceres.
