1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form, and the possibility to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
- the origin of the personal data;
- the purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- the identifying details of the controller, the processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as processors, or as persons in charge of processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
- the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration of the data;
- the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right;
- data portability.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
